Multi-component injection moulding &
2K injection moulding
Efficiency through smart processes
Thanks to our intelligent processes and automation, the production of injection-moulded parts using multi-component injection moulding – or 2K injection moulding – is particularly efficient and cost-effective. Whether it’s two or more components, or a combination of different plastics and metal inserts: our specialised injection moulding processes make it possible.

Insertion technique
Particularly cost-effective for small batch sizesThe best solution for small batch sizes? Manual production of your plastic parts using injection moulding with insert moulding technology. This is a high-quality and cost-effective process for production runs of up to 5,000 units.
Whether it’s inserting plug-in contacts, stamped grids, threaded bushings or busbars: we have perfected the manual injection moulding process and deliver the best results at an outstanding value for money.

Liquid silicone
Cost-effective and fastWe also offer high-quality plastic components made from liquid silicone, which are virtually indistinguishable from mass-produced parts. For this purpose, we use an injection moulding machine specially optimised for the use of LSR (liquid silicone rubber). This enables us to produce components up to approximately 8 cm in diameter and with shot weights of up to 10 g.
Liquid silicone injection moulding is particularly well-suited to the cost-effective and rapid production of small batches. The process offers compelling advantages such as resistance to various media, temperature resistance and good sealing performance.
Micro-injection moulding
Small but lovelyPerfection even on a small scale – a matter of course for us in micro-injection moulding , thanks to our high-tech equipment.
Do you need a delicate plastic component? We’d be delighted to help. Our high-tech machinery comprises a wide range of high-precision HSC machining centres. For the very smallest components, we sometimes use milling cutters with diameters as small as 0.2 mm – ensuring that even very small contours can be reproduced precisely in micro-injection moulding. Shot weights from 0.5 g are achievable.
