Data security is a crucial issue. That is why we take it particularly seriously.

As a provider of prototypes, we are directly involved in our customers’ product development. Your expertise and ideas represent the future and the assets of your company. We are aware of the responsibility this entails and the trust placed in us, and therefore attach particular importance to the security and confidentiality of the information and data you provide.

We treat all enquiries confidentially. Upon request, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement. A template for this is available for download here.

Secure data transmission

We offer the following options for secure data transmission:

  • Postal delivery of data storage media (e.g. CDs and DVDs, ideally encrypted)
  • Sending data by email (encrypted 7-Zip, Zip or RAR archive; please send the password separately. We recommend the free and powerful 7-Zip tool)
  • Data transfer via the Odette protocol: access the PDF for data transfer

Confidentiality

Upon receipt of your data, we will transfer it to an internal data network where it will be stored. From that point onwards, the data is disconnected from the internet and protected against any external access. All our staff have signed a confidentiality agreement and are aware of their responsibilities towards our customers.
