In the automotive and electromobility sectors, we manufacture plastic components for applications with high demands in terms of load-bearing capacity, precision and process reliability.

These include, amongst other things, the overmoulding of busbars, contact carriers and technical inserts, as well as complex housing components for electronic vehicle and battery systems.

Drawing on our experience in insert moulding technology, we deliver reliable hybrid solutions for demanding automotive applications – from development through to series production.

Battery housing for electric boosters in motor racing

This battery casing was developed for use in road racing and is designed to withstand high mechanical stresses and demanding operating conditions.

The multi-part design allows for the secure integration of technical components, whilst the long-fibre-glass-reinforced plastic ensures stability and durability.
