Two-component component (surfboard fin)

This surfboard fin combines rigid and flexible sections to create a durable solution for use in water sports.

The soft edge protection reduces the risk of injury, whilst the robust base structure ensures stability and reliable performance under heavy use.

Two-component component (ventilation flap)

This ventilation flap has been developed for applications where moving and sealing functions need to be precisely combined.

The combination of hard and soft materials enables precise fits and ensures long-lasting sealing properties within technical assemblies.

Double overmoulding of stamped grilles

In this component, stamped meshes are precisely integrated into plastic and then permanently secured within the assembly via an overmoulding process.

The combination of metal and plastic components enables functional solutions for technical applications with high demands on dimensional accuracy and process reliability.


Punched mesh is embedded in a pre-moulded insert and subsequently overmoulded, including the insert.

POM adhesive holder

The collet holder was originally developed for in-house use and now ensures trouble-free, fully automatic tool changes in CNC milling machines.

Thanks to the excellent sliding properties of POM and the precise manufacturing process, the result is a durable and reliable solution for continuous industrial use.
