Required information
Contact person, complete address, telephone no. and e-mail address, if necessary different delivery address.
In order to be able to realise a fast and precise tool calculation, we absolutely need a 3D data set* of the desired component. Furthermore, a drawing or the exact description of the part function is necessary for the tolerances. At the latest when an order is placed, we require exact details and, if possible, connecting parts for functional testing.
If only drawings or sketches are available, we usually provide a guide price offer. In special cases we can also prepare quotations based on existing sample parts. It is also possible to generate 3D data according to drawings. Please contact us for more information.

We can manufacture parts from all thermoplastics.
If you have not yet decided on an exact material, we will be happy to help you with the selection.
If the plastic to be used for your project has already been determined, we need the following information:
- Plastic type: e.g. PA6.6, POM, ABS, etc.
- Material additives: e.g. 30% glass fibre content, 15% glass beads, talcum-reinforced, PTFE, etc.
- Colour: e.g. RAL shades, masterbatch no.
If you require a very specific material, please state the exact trade name, e.g. Ultramid A3WG6, Hostacom, Bayblend T45, etc.
Due to the strong fluctuations in material prices, we usually quote the cost of parts excluding material. In case of an order you can provide it, or we can take care of the procurement of the material and charge you our cost price plus a small administration fee.
What quantities do you need? If only a few parts are required as prototypes or if a series start-up or a small series is to be covered.
The more detailed your information is at this point, the more precisely we can adapt the offer to your needs. For example, low-cost tools with manual inserts are useful for small quantities, while for larger quantities it is worth automating or multiple tool design to achieve lower part prices.
Depending on the material used, we guarantee quantities of 1,000 - 50,000 parts. However, we are also able to produce significantly larger quantities. However, this should already be known at the start of the project so that the tool can be designed for these quantities.
One of the most important information for your offer: How many parts do you need at what time? As a rule, we need 1 - 4 weeks for simple tools, for complex assemblies correspondingly longer.
In emergencies, however, we are able to meet almost any deadline. Please state your ultimate delivery date, if this has already been determined, as additional costs may arise in the case of very short delivery dates. Should additional costs arise, we will of course show these separately in the offer.
For the correct allocation of our shipping documents / invoice in your company, we ask you to indicate an order number.
