You are perfectly familiar with the processing of thermoplastics. You control injection moulding parameters with great sensitivity and thus ensure optimum results.

- Independently repair injection molding machines and their peripherals. This includes troubleshooting, error detection as well as their elimination, often with telephone support from a service technician of the machine manufacturer.
- The preventive maintenance and servicing of our production equipment.
- Working on internal company projects. Here, solutions have to be found for specific problems. The required components have to be selected and purchased. The implementation of the task with subsequent commissioning and documentation is an important part of your work.
CNC cutter / cutting machine operator (m/f/d)
You solve technical challenges with vision. You skillfully use the diverse possibilities of 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling and get the best out of it. Because you know that every tool you mill makes a decisive contribution to ensuring that the end product achieves premium quality.

Working students (m/f/d)to support our project managers with the chance of a permanent position later on
Your duties:
- CAD design and milling of injection moulded aluminium inserts
As a service provider in rapid tooling, we have specialised in the production of plastic prototypes from original materials.
Based on 3D input data, we design tool inserts for our special master tool system. We manufacture the inserts from high-strength aluminium using HSC milling. After the construction of the tools, we sample them for our customers on our own injection moulding machines.
We use these machines to produce the smallest, small and pilot series of 10 - 10,000 parts from all common plastics. Our customers come from all common technical areas such as the automotive, electronics, aviation and packaging industries.
