To guarantee you this, you have exactly one contact person for your project. He takes care of everything, keeps you informed and manages your project, consisting of design, toolmaking and production. Binding, reliable and on schedule.
Internally we work with 20 project managers. This makes us very fast and flexible, even when it comes to time-critical or technically challenging projects. On average, we need less than 20 working days from initial contact to delivery of the initial sample. Where time schedules are particularly tight, we find solutions by working extra shifts. If it concerns partial deliveries from our injection moulding department, you will be well served within one to two weeks.
Conversion & file formats
The implementation of a project begins with a detailed project meeting between you and the responsible project manager. The resulting information flows directly into the subsequent 3D design of the tool using CAD.

The tool is then manufactured by CAM on one of our 40 milling machines.
The completion of an injection mould including touching and insertion of the ejector and sprue system takes place in our modern tool shop. Benefit from our high performance in our own company. It makes us fast, flexible and responsible - also for our commitments to you. We have our own laser welding facility for the repair of tools.
Form follows function. But which functions and properties are important for the components? Before we mill your tool on one of our 40 HSC processing machines made of high-strength aluminium alloy, the design of the tools is based on your 3D component data.
We would be pleased to advise you on the optimisation of your components in line with plastics. In close cooperation with you, we combine what is technically feasible with what is economically advisable. Special solutions can be realized on our high-precision milling machines as well as tool production virtually overnight. This is done 99% by machining and is largely automated.
