We are experts in the production of plastic prototypes from original materials. The basis: 3D data and/or drawings of the component. The result: prototypes whose quality can hardly be distinguished from series products.
To ensure that you reach your goal quickly, we organise the entire process chain in-house - from tool design and manufacture to the production of injection moulded parts.
We work fast, flexible and reliable. So that your prototypes, pre-series and small series are really finished exactly when you need them.

Competence in plastics
We process almost all granulated thermoplastics, high-temperature materials as well as liquid silicone up to 10 g on 27 injection moulding machines with shot weights of 5 g to 1,000 g into components from 2 mm to 500 mm in size. From 1 to 100.000 pieces, depending on the material.
